Medico-Legal Experience:
Previous experience with Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims for both Defendant (40%) and Claimant (60%) since 1990 with the focus on unbiased assessment for the court. He has unique experience of aware state endoscopic surgery which serves to offer the experience of real-time spinal pain sources instead of those conceived from inert scans, EMGs radiology and the results of pain management or surgery on anaesthetised patients. 30 years’ experience of resolving failed back surgery by aware state spine surgery has shown the considerable variation in the arrangement of nerves, the mechanisms involved in spinal and referred pain generation and led to the detection of newly appreciated sources of pain such as Cluneal Nerve trigger points often aggravated by trauma or malposture.
